The Viper Mid MKII Kit 50kg - 4.5kg/min High Flow Drum Pump (VIPERMIDMKII50) is a wire rope lubrication system designed for efficient and effective lubrication of wire ropes with diameters ranging from 6mm to 67mm. This system is suitable for use in various industries, including wharf cranes, ship cranes, ROV cables, mine winders, mobile cranes, oil & gas platforms, anchor ropes, deck winches, overhead cranes, and ship loaders.

This Kit features a high-strength, cast aluminum collar with stainless steel hardware, providing maximum durability and corrosion protection. The kit includes a 4.5kg/min high-volume grease pump, air regulator/moisture trap with gauge and isolation valve, 4m high-pressure 1/2"" lube delivery hose, high-pressure lubricant metering valve, clear lube drain hose, retaining ratchet straps and shackles, and a robust aluminum storage case.

It is designed with safety and environmental considerations in mind. The system features a superior seal design, made from polyurethane with high abrasion resistance properties, which is resistant to wear and enables the seal to be used to lubricate thousands of meters of rope without being replaced. The seal also captures excess lubrication, minimizing environmental impact.

The kit includes a metal alloy scraper plate, which enables safe entry of broken wire ropes into the seal, ensuring the rope and seal are not damaged. It is also designed for ease of use, with handles located on each half of the collar, allowing for single-person mounting on the rope.

The kit is supplied as a complete package, with all components required to get started. Seals and scrapers must be ordered separately to suit the rope size being lubricated.
