Tower Crane Wire Rope Inspector

In this 2-day course, you will master the critical skills needed for selecting, handling, inspecting, installing, and maintaining hoist ropes, luffing ropes, and related components for tower cranes. This course aligns with CSA Z248 and ISO 4309, equipping you with the expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards while improving safety, crane performance, and operational profitability.

RIGGING GEAR INSPECTOR

This 2-day course is recommended for any person or company who works with rigging. Whether you are new to the industry, a veteran looking for a refresher, or simply looking to improve your inter-company practices. Students will work hands-on with new, used, and damaged rigging gear to learn the safest and most efficient ways to inspect and manage their inventory of rigging gear used in their workplace or jobsite.

Intro to Wire Rope Inspections: Deep Foundation Equipment

In this 2 hour course, you will gain a foundational understanding of wire rope fundamentals, selection, handling, and inspection principles for deep foundation equipment, including Kelly, Crowd, and Auxiliary winches.

Mobile Crane Wire Rope Inspector

In this 2-day course, you will master critical skills for selecting, handling, inspecting, installing, and maintaining running ropes, standing ropes, and sheaves for mobile cranes. The curriculum is designed in alignment with CSA Z150, ISO 4309, and ISO 16625, ensuring compliance with industry standards while enhancing crane safety, performance, and profitability.
