The VIPER MID MKII KIT HIGH SPEED 20KG - 4.5KG/MIN HIGH FLOW DRUM PUMP (3850004) is a wire rope lubrication system designed for efficient and effective lubrication of wire ropes with diameters ranging from 6mm to 67mm. This system is suitable for use in various industries, including wharf cranes, ship cranes, ROV cables, mine winders, mobile cranes, oil & gas platforms, anchor ropes, deck winches, overhead cranes, and ship loaders.

It features a high-strength, cast aluminum collar with stainless steel hardware, providing maximum durability and corrosion protection. The system includes a high-volume grease pump that delivers 4.5kg/min at up to 370 BAR, ensuring consistent lubricant delivery across a wide range of ambient temperatures. The pump's high flow rate enables high-speed lubrication up to 2000m/hr, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

The system's seal design is made from polyurethane with high abrasion resistance properties, allowing it to be used to lubricate thousands of meters of rope without being replaced. The seal's internal design enables it to mold to the shape of the rope, creating a pumping action that massages lubricant into the rope. The system also features a metal alloy scraper plate that enables safe entry of broken wire ropes into the seal, ensuring the rope and seal are not damaged.
