VIPER MAXI MKII SCRAPER PLATES (VMMSC)

The VMMSC series scraper plates are designed to work in conjunction with the VMMSEAL series, enabling safe entry of broken wires into the seal. These scraper plates are compatible with large diameter ropes and are suitable for use in offshore, marine, heavy industry, and mining applications.

When ordering scraper plates, it is essential to physically measure the wire rope prior to ordering, as ropes in service may vary in size. Viper recommends that scrapers be supplied slightly larger than the actual wire rope size to allow for rope flexing.

This series scraper plates are available in a range of sizes, from 49 mm to 165 mm, and are designed to work with the VRC. The following features are included:
