The Green Pin® Spring Release ROV Shackle (1-1/2") POGHMB38ROVSRL is engineered for subsea release operations using remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). This grade 8 shackle features a quick release system operable by hydraulic ROV arms, maintaining operational safety.

The shackle operates effectively in temperatures from -60°C to +200°C, making it suitable for extreme environmental conditions. The bow is constructed from alloy steel, quenched and tempered to Grade 8 standards, with a white painted finish. The pin, also made of the same material, features a green painted finish for easy identification.

This shackle is designed for in-line use and can be assembled with wire rope slings and a monkey's fist. Manual assembly is possible for smaller sizes, while sizes with a working load limit of 42.5 t and above require a compression tool (not included).
